Error while processing the payment
Currently we can only accept direct payments from Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards. In case you would like to make a payment with an American Express credit card, we suggest you to do so through PayPal. To make a payment through PayPal, go to the billing page, select a TrackDuck plan and choose PayPal as your payment method.
Before authorizing a payment, be sure you have connected your American Express credit card to PayPal. If you haven’t, follow the instructions in PayPal’s Help Center.
Can’t pay with Credit Card
Sometimes banks decline the transaction due to some account security concerns. Unfortunately we can’t provide more details on this issue because banks share this information only with the account holders. You should contact your bank and tell them the time when you tried to check out. You can also try to pay with PayPal. If none of this works write to us email@example.com
