If you enable Visitor Feedback button in your TrackDuck project, any visitor who comes to your website will be able to leave feedback, mark issues or bugs. The feedback will be sent to your TrackDuck dashboard with screenshot, user information and technical details attached automatically. You can see how this button works on our landing page http://trackduck.com . It can also be fully customized according to your needs.
If you want to enable the TrackDuck visitor feedback button, follow these steps:
1. Go to your TrackDuck account, select a project in which you want to enable the function of the anonymous feedback, then select Settings, the section Installation and copy js code from the field Insert this code to a website.
2. In order to install a code snippet, paste this code into every page of your website before closing the body tag., just like in Google analytics.
3. Now in project Settings select the section Visitor feedback and hit the button ON next to the inscription Allow visitor feedback on the right.
4. Done! Now all visitors of the website on which you have enabled the anonymous feedback button are going to see it and by hitting the button will be able to leave comments anywhere on the website.
Also, you are able to customize the visitor feedback button. The instruction of how to do that is here.
